Selection depends on panel size, impact risk, safety, acoustic target and system detail; some projects combine different glass types.
Should an acoustic target be included in the RFQ?
Yes. Particularly for meeting and executive rooms, system performance depends on more than glass thickness, so the target and system build-up should be stated together.
Can frosted or printed privacy glass be coordinated?
Yes. Opacity, pattern, print coverage, colour and sample-approval requirements can be defined in the RFQ.
